Real Living Wage and changes to salary scales
91²Ö¿â is an accredited Living Wage employer. The real Living Wage will rise to £12 per hour and will be paid from 1 April 2024. Although discretionary and non-contractual, this reflects our commitment to fairness and supporting colleagues who may be particularly impacted by the cost-of-living crisis.
