Support from Academic Librarians
Academic Librarians are available to assist all University staff and students, offering specialist advice on any information related query including:
- developing search strategies
- finding information on a particular topic for assignments or literature reviews
- using specialist online search tools or databases to find different types of information
- evaluating sources
- referencing, citation and using bibliographic software
- getting published
The Academic Librarians have all developed expertise in the subject areas of their Schools and are happy to help. In addition to dealing with enquiries, they offer individual appointments to support more in-depth or complex queries. Get in touch to arrange a meeting which can be held in person or via MS Teams.
